Exploring Digital Instructional Design: Student-Created SoftChalk Lessons

In ED 510, students are challenged to explore instructional design through hands-on creation of interactive digital content. One of the highlights of the semester is their work in SoftChalk, a powerful tool for building engaging, web-based lessons.

In this blog post, I’m excited to showcase a selection of the SoftChalk lessons developed by ED 510 students. These projects demonstrate not only their creativity and subject-area expertise but also their ability to integrate multimedia, assessment, and learner-centered strategies into a cohesive digital experience.

Take a look below to see how our future instructional leaders are bringing technology and teaching together in thoughtful, innovative ways!
